Master Calendar:
Includes all action items, tasks and planned events including:
- Meetings;
- Action items form meetings;
- Audits;
- Action items from audits;
- Objectives;
- Calibrations due;
- Corrective actions due;
- Vendor re-evaluations due;
- Work orders that are due;
- Training that is due;
- Managers that are not available and why (holiday, out of office etc.);
- Sales and Marketing follow-ups that are due;
- Preventive action events and actions that are due;
- Corrective action follow-ups that is due.
Manager Home Page:
The manager’s home page is prepared specific for each manager when they log in and includes:
- Calendar of all meetings and/or audits that the manager is expected to attend;
- Company News;
- List of all outstanding action items that the manager must complete. When the mouse hovers over each action item, a brief description is displayed. When the manager clicks the action item, CIS will present the actual input screen within the applicable module so that the manager may complete the actions;
- KPI gages showing the current information or measurements that are important to the organization to manage performance.
