Customer Server Option
CIS is a SQL database using a .Net interface to allow CIS to run on the internet therefore allowing a true multi-user platform world-wide!
Customer's information is backed up regularly and secured by the most current firewall and a team of security experts world-wide who work with OpSource.
However, we realize that even this is not acceptable for certain organizations such as United States Defense Contractors who are required to maintain complete control over all of their information.
Therefore, we offer the ability to have CIS Software installed on the company's server. The company would then be responsible for the information and security as well as managing their server, applications and applying updates to CIS Software that will be available for download each month.
The following is required at the customer:
Finally, our programmers would require internet access to the server for one day to install and test CIS Software including the configuration of the IIS server, e-mail server, SQL server and set-up folder permissions. After that, we would never have access to your server unless requested and granted by the customer for server help issues.
Support
CIS Software support is the same as for all CIS Software (24/7 Help Line and e-mail support from your consultant).
We offer two types of support for server issues:
E-mail Support $ 150.00/Issue (May include multiple e-mails until issue is solved)
Access and fix Problems on Your Server: $ 175.00/Hour (One Hour Minimum)
Server Support Issues must be paid online with a credit card.
