·         Maintain a complete listing of all employees;

·         HR Record includes:

o   Upload employee picture;

o   Address;

o   E-mail address;

o   Home phone

o   Cellular phone;

o   Date of hire;

o   Start Date;

o   Department;

o   Manager;

o   Position;

o   Citizenship

o   Social Security Number;

o   ** When a position template is selected, CIS immediately schedules all of the required training in the system.  CIS sends notification of the training to the employee and manager responsible for the training. The training dates are entered on the master calendar and on the manager’s action lists. Late trainings are reported. CIS ensures that ALL established training is performed.

o   Furthermore, when a position template is revised (promotion as an example) CIS will compare the training required in the new position to the training the employee has received to date and schedule the required (difference) training in the same manner as described above.

o   Upload all applicable documents in one PDF file format or individually;

·         Establish performance or competency reviews for employee by date or yearly;

·         CIS sends reminder to manager seven days before performance reviews are due;

o   Upload performance reviews in employee’s file;

o   Enter next date;

o   Add comments;

·         Competency verification report may be run at any time and will report all employees that have not received the required training;

·         Training requirements may be viewed and reported by:

o   All Training performed;

o   Scheduled training that is not past due;

o   Scheduled training that is past due;

o   Training displayed by:

§  Due date;

§  All training;

§  Training in last month;

§  Training in next month;

§  Training in last quarter;

§  Training in next quarter;

§  Training in last year;

§  Training in next year

o   Training history by employee or groups of employees;

·         Tracks cost of training including trainer and/or outside training costs;

·         Training may be cloned;

·         Training can be set-up for groups of employees by a simple click on each employee’s name;

·         Standard training may be established by year;

·         Training records may be completed simply by selecting “set as complete” then upload the one signature page of attendance for all employees, enter comments, upload certificates and enter any performance comments and CIS will update the training records immediately for ALL of the employees selected.  There is no need to update each employee’s record individually (this feature saves an enormous amount of management time)

·         Print training records by employee, training certificates after the training, training reports and training results.

·         Track training on the master calendar.
