Resource and Training tools within the complete management system.
By incorporating these tools into CIS, the training,
performance/competency review and much more are incorporated into
the manager's Action Reports and the Master Calendar to ensure that
each and every planned training and performance review is executed
on time and every time! Records are instantly available and training
costs are maintained in the CIS Financial Report.
- CIS Has a complete employee record
that begins with each new employee. The employee record
contains all the necessary information, reports,
electronic copies of all forms and certificates
including back-ground checks and previous employer
reference results. It even stores the employee's
picture!

When setting up CIS for the first
time, positions and standard trainings are established
including the trainer, cost, time and advanced notice
required. When a new employee is entered, CIS will
automatically and instantly schedule the required
training, advise the trainer by e-mail, place the
scheduled training on the Master Calendar and place the
training as an action item on the trainer's home page
within CIS so he/she never forgets.
- Employee
performance/competency review can be scheduled in
CIS and CIS will
automatically and instantly schedule the
performance/competency review, advise the applicable
manager by e-mail, place the scheduled
performance/competency review on the Master Calendar and
place the performance/competency review as an action
item on the manager's home page within CIS so he/she
never forgets.
- Training and
performance/competency
review may be scheduled yearly for as many years out
that you require.
- When training is completed, Training
Records may be updated at a click of a button. For
example, if 200-employees received a safety training,
there is no need to enter into each employee's record
and update the training. All 200-employees may be
selected and submitted in one easy step to be updated.
CIS will update each employee's record with the
training, trainer, comments, uploaded certificates or
files, date, cost and hours. This one feature can save
hours or even days updating training records.
