Management Meetings

The meeting/audit module in CIS is a powerful management action item tool and may be used for many other functions other than just meetings and audits. Because of its design and ability to assign action items to a manager or group of managers and to follow-up on these action items until completion, this module is truly invaluable.

· Create onetime, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly meetings in one step;

· Add unlimited agenda items;

· Attach unlimited files, pictures or videos to meetings;

· Clone meetings from the past;

· Invite managers to meetings. CIS will send invitation e-mails and the meetings will appear on the applicable manager’s home page and on the master calendar. Invitation e-mails can be in Outlook Meeting Format and integrates with outlook, blackberries and more;

· Edit one or more agendas in one step;

· Action items resulting from meetings are tracked by due dates;

· Action item e-mail notifications and multiple reminders are sent to the responsible manager(s);

· Follow-up verification updated by manager’s after completion;

· Tracks meeting costs;

· Tracks action item costs;

· Complete search engine to find records or groups of records by criterions selected or by key search words;

· View records in column format (spreadsheet) or condensed summary format;

· View information on-line from any computer or hand-held device connected to the internet (secured access);

· Upload multiple files, movies or pictures to meeting record (no limits);
