revisions or must revise pricing on existing quotations. Using a
paper-based quotation system requires a complete revision
control system to ensure that when revisions are initiated that
all operation personnel are advised. Receiving a customer
complaint because a new requirement was not executed by
operations can result in a loss of customers. CIS tracks
quotation revisions and automatically advises by e-mail the
managers responsible to execute the changes in the process.

Customer correspondence and follow-up
actions never seem to get completed on time. Often we lose a
sale before we even know about it. CIS provides a customer
profile and continuous control of all correspondence and
actions. In addition, each customer log entry allows for
customer feedback and next actions required to close the sale

process step. All personnel have access to the special
requirements module to ensure that all processes are executed

for new employees.

specifications and drawings to be used in the processes and
having them available and current to all personnel is a
