Grid - Add NEW to Your Input/Edit Form

Link Two Table

Link two modules so that when a record in one module is saved CIS creates a link to another module and opens a new record to be linked like when creating a new CAR from a NCR. You may have data transferred from multiple fields as well. For example, you may have a database you created to enter new quotations but when a quotation is accepted you may want to transfer some or all information to a new database called orders to track the order process. There would be a link between the quotation and order as well.

Note, you should have the same field names in each database for the fields that you wish to have data transported from one to the other. Obviously the field numbers will be different.

Limit Access by Location

Cost to prevent users from a one location in CIS from seeing, adding, editing records in a table from a different location. For example, employees from location A would only see records in the NCR that are related to that location and they would not have access to records from other locations. This must be done for each Page with User Control and the cost is per page with user control.

Our programmers create a document/file table and then link it to a new field in your database that will allow for multiple files to be uploaded as opposed to the available upload field in our database creation (Fields). It will appear like the upload in the NCR reports whereby you can add as many files as you desire.

NCR/CF Field Data Transfer to CAR

When user adds new NCR or CF and selects for Add new CAR option, the common data shared between these tables will be transferred into the CAR. The cost is for either NCR or CF to CAR. Currently the description is transferred with the applicable NCR/CF ID.
